The Toowoomba Rugby League Referees Association Inc close down and apply for cancellation of its incorporated association status.
The Toowoomba Rugby League Referees Association Inc dispose of any surplus assets to Toowoomba Rugby Football League Limited.
That an appropriate person be appointed to do all things necessary to give effect to the special resolutions passed at this meeting, including without limitation completing and lodging all required forms with the appropriate regulators.
In accordance with clause 5.2.(e) of the Constitution of the Toowoomba Rugby League Referees Association Inc. all members excluding Associate members can vote at Annual meetings, any general meeting or special meeting.
Per clause 4.(b), An Associate member is a person who is not actively engaged in refereeing or touch judging and who does not hold any position in the Association, who has received the approval of the Management Committee upon application in terms of Clause 5(2) hereof.
